This Shipping Policy applies to all orders purchased in the WELTHAN official store, standardizing order processing, shipping cycle, freight rules, logistics tracking and abnormal handling specifications.
1. Order Processing Time
After your order payment is confirmed, we will complete order review, product quality inspection, sorting and packaging within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next working day. All intimate apparel products will be strictly inspected and packaged independently to ensure hygiene and intactness before shipment.
2. Shipping Coverage
We mainly provide shipping services for the United States, covering all U.S. states and most regions. We also support global international shipping. For all international orders, customers shall independently bear local tariffs, customs clearance fees and other additional logistics expenses incurred during transportation.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard domestic shipping in the United States takes 5–10 business days. Remote areas will have a 2–3 working days delay due to logistics distribution restrictions. International shipping takes 10–20 business days, subject to local customs clearance efficiency. Delivery delays caused by force majeure factors are not within our liability scope.
4. Shipping Fee Standards
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on product quantity, weight, volume and delivery address at checkout. We will launch regular free shipping and freight discount activities, and the specific preferential rules are subject to the real-time announcement of the store.
5. Logistics Tracking Service
After the goods are shipped, we will send the exclusive logistics tracking number to your reserved email. You can check the order transportation status in real time. Please fill in accurate and complete shipping information to avoid delivery failure caused by address errors or missing contact information.
6. Lost & Damaged Package Handling
If the package is lost, severely damaged or missing goods during transportation, please contact our customer service via email within 48 hours after receiving the package and provide valid picture proof. We will verify the situation within 24 hours and provide free re-delivery or full refund services for eligible orders.
